Top 12 Loved and Loathed Household Chores\Lady of Vintage

I have come across a variety of articles recently all about the modern day housewife chores. The oddest one had to be an article in the Daily Mail. It suggested the 50's housewife hourglass figure was down to the everyday chores they did without the luxury of all the modern mod cons. So now a days we apparantly don't put in half the elbow grease because of our trusty vacuums, washing machines and possibly part time maids.
I personally get a great amount of satisfaction doing the housework even if it does take me half the day to convince myself to get on with it! So what are your favoured chores to do around the house, if any at all?
Here's my Top 12 list of Loved and Loathed Chores:

1/ Wiping surfaces clean
2/Putting a clothes wash on- Dealing with it when the cycles done is a different matter, however.
3/Changing the bed sheets 
4/Washing Dishes- Once your food has digested from the amazing meal you just cooked of course!
5/Mopping the Floors
6/Vacuuming/Hoovering

1/Cleaning the toilet-Who would enjoy this smelly chore?

2/Cleaning the shower/bath

3/Cleaning the fridge 

4/Taking the rubbish out -This is most definitely my other half's job every Monday.

5/Cleaning the Oven/Cooker-Grease, grease, grease

6/Ironing-Maybe its down to my iron but it seems to take me forever to do.For cat lovers: Changing Litter and lint rolling hair of sofa!!
